Moisture Management Tester Working Principle:

Moisture management tester is mainly used for measuring sweat absorption and release ability which directly affect clothes comfort, so in order to improve garments comfort (especially sportswear), measuring moisture management test is quite necessary.

Moisture management test has wide application to measure liquid dynamic transfer characteristics in knitted and woven fabrics by way of moisture absorption speed, one-way transfer ability and release speed. Moisture management tester is equipped with liquid sensor which is upper and lower concentric and has many probes, the infusion tube in the upper sensor will simulate human body sweat concentration and be dropped on fabrics uniformly, then sensor probes test electric resistance in different rings which can reflect liquid absorption and release, and from these changes, we are able to know different fabrics sweat absorption.
